Corn Casserole
This is a recipe that my daughter, Natalie. She makes this dish quite often for family meals and parties and it is always a big hit.
1 can kernel corn (drained)
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 cup sour cream
1 package Jiffy corn muffin mix.
Mix all ingredients together and put into a greased casserole dish.
We usually doubled the and bake in a 9 X 13 pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
