Chocolate Crispies

This Yummy recipe is one that my grandson Trevor Lawrence and I have made together.
You will need an adult to help you. ...

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 stick of butter
  • 4 Tbsp. corn syrup
  • 3 1/2 oz milk chocolate,broken into pieces
  • 1 1/2 cup cornflakes

Directions:

1. Put the butter, syrup and chocolate in the mixing bowl. Place over a large pan of simmering water.
2. Allow the butter, syrup and chocolate to melt, stirring to mix well.
3. Remove the pan from the heat. Take the bowl out of the pan.
4. Add the cornflakes to the mixture and stir well. Using a wooden spoon.
5. Carefully spoon the mixture into the paper liners. Take care you don't make them too messy.
6. Leave your crispies to set in the fridge for 1 hour.

You can store them in an airtight container so
they will stay crisp.   Enjoy..
